Now, “Dreamer” is an Ubuntu system with the tools to do Deep Dream processing.ĭeep Dream is a computer-generated neural network art system developed by Google based on deep learning image classification research. The box originally ran boxee alpha, then XBMC when boxee’s distro went away, then lately SteamOS (it’s predecessor was MythTV, and the heir apparent is Chromecast). I repurposed my old home theater system into a Deep Dream processing system.
